Mathew graduated from the University of Guelph Honours BSC Human Kinetics. He proceeded on to the Michener Institute completing his DCh. Chiropody in 2011.
His continued interest for diabetic care has allowed him to completed his Canadian Association of Wound Care Credentials. This passion has relayed into providing education seminars with the Halton Diabetes program and providing screenings for those newly diagnosed with diabetes.
Mathew has worked at the Oakville Trafalgar Hospital Footcare and Orthotic Centre for 2.5 years and has enjoyed a diverse work setting and clientele base of: retirement facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, and clinical office settings. Particular interests are biomechanics/orthotics and wound care.

Tania Lamovsek is a Registered Chiropodist in the province of Ontario. She graduated from the University of Western Ontario where she received an Honors Bachelor of Medical Science degree.
Tania then completed the three-year Chiropody program with distinction at the Michener Institute for Applied Health Sciences.
She became a member of the Oakville Hospital Footcare & Orthotic Centre 2011.
Tania received a certificate in wound care from the Canadian Association of Wound Care Institute for completion of the first three levels in November 2012. She is also a member of the Ontario Society of Chiropodists.
As a specialized health care professional, Tania is dedicated in treating and preventing diseases and dysfunctions of the foot. She works with high-risk diabetes and wound care patients.
BHSc., D. Ch
Anthony graduated from the podiatry program at Queensland University of Technology, Australia in 2006. After passing the college of chiropodists of Ontario exams Anthony was able to practice in Ontario in 2012.
He has worked in various settings: clinics, long term care facilities, retirement living, hospitals, home visits and orthoses labs.
Anthony is interested in all aspects of chiropody, though he has a particular interest in diabetic foot care.
He enjoys martial arts, hiking, camping, fishing and backgammon to name but a few hobbies.
Hon., B.Sc., D. CH
Tam graduated from The University of Toronto with an honours bachelor of science degree in 2012. Shortly afterwards, she entered the Michener Institute and received her Graduate Advanced Diploma of Health Sciences in Chiropody, registering as a Chiropodist in 2015. Management skills for the R.N.A., Aseptic Technique – wound care, Basic and Advanced Foot Care skills for the R.P.N., Effective communications course and wound care.
Prior to joining the Oakville Hospital Footcare & Orthotic Centre team, Tam had been working at a Family Health Team in Toronto, servicing high risk patient groups within the northwest GTA, preventing and managing diabetic ulcers. She also currently works with a private practice in Milton on top of her role with Oakville.
Tam is trained in all aspects of assessment and treatment of disorders of the foot, with a particular interest in diabetic wound care, and nail surgeries. She is a member of the Ontario Society of Chiropodists, and the Canadian Federation of Podiatric Medicine.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys painting, drawing, hiking, and swimming.
Terry Baron has been with the Oakville Hospital Footcare & Orthotic Centre for over 8 years as the Senior Front-Office Co-ordinator. Previous to joining The Oakville Hospital Footcare & Orthotic Centre, Terry spent 20 years in a Senior Administrative role. Upon arriving to our clinic, you will be greeted by Terry. She manages all aspects of the office business, including telephone calls, accounts payables and ensuring patients are well taken care of. Her lively personality will make your visit to our clinic an enjoyable one.
Away from the office, Teri enjoys movies, entertaining and traveling to Cuba and Disneyworld.
Barbara has worked at the Oakville Hospital Foot Clinic since November 2013 as an Administrator and prior to that brings over 26 years of medical office experience. 13 of those for Halton Healthcare and over 20 years as Practice Administrator for a Family Health Team.
When calling or visiting the Foot Clinic, Barb will attend to booking your appointments, answering any questions you may have and ordering foot care products for you and your family.
Barbara also volunteers out in the community, canvassing for MS, visiting with adults who have Autism and using her Polish skills translating for refugees in need. She also loves to go boating and hiking with her family and 2 dogs.
She also speaks both Polish fluently.
Ehretia has been with the Oakville Hospital Footcare & Orthotic Centre since February 2016 as an Administrator with both the North Service and OTMH locations.
Prior to joining Halton Healthcare, Ehretia offers over 15 years of experience as an Executive Medical Administrator and accreditation and experience in the Medical, Health and Fitness industries.
To further service our patients, she will be gaining her Sigvaris Compression Stocking Fitter certification in October 2016.
Ehretia is knowledgeable and enthusiastic to welcome, assist and provide an excellent experience for all our patients.
